1 · Who we are

Amics Consulting Group Inc., a marketing and technology firm based in New York City. For anything in this policy, write to danny@amicsconsultinggroup.com — a founder answers within 1 business day.

2 · What we collect — and what we don’t

The intake form on /contact does not submit to a server. It opens your own email client with the message pre-filled; you decide whether to send it. What we receive is a normal email — name, email address and whatever you write — and we use it for one thing: answering you. It lives in our business mailbox (Google Workspace) and is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

This site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log standard technical data (IP address, request) to serve the site — see GitHub’s privacy statement.

With your consent, we also run the measurement tools below.

3 · Cookies & measurement

Only if you press ACCEPT on the banner: Google Analytics 4 (cookies _ga and _ga_*, up to 2 years) to understand what pages work, and the Meta Pixel (cookie _fbp, 3 months) to measure ad performance. If you press REJECT — or press nothing — those cookies are not set; Google may receive cookieless, anonymous pings only.

Your choice itself is stored in your browser (localStorage key amics-consent), not on our servers. Change it anytime with the button below or the Cookies link in the footer.

4 · Third parties

Google LLC (Analytics) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (Pixel) process measurement data under their own privacy policies. We do not control their processing; both offer opt-outs on their sites.

5 · Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, and object to processing — one email is enough. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the rights of the GDPR, including complaining to your data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights of the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.
